The Inspiration Hub - Terms and Conditions of Service
Welcome to The Inspiration Hub! By accessing engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
 
1. Services Provided:   
The Inspiration Hub connects businesses with vetted freelance professionals (hereinafter referred to as "Contractors") in areas such as administration, marketing, human resources, and business consulting. We do not employ the Contractors, and whilst due care is given, we are not responsible for their performance or conduct.
 
2. Client Responsibilities:
·       You are responsible for clearly defining your work requirements and communicating them effectively to The Inspiration Hub and the chosen Contractor.
·       You agree to provide timely feedback and approvals as required to ensure performance delivery to meet your work requirements.
·       You are responsible for paying the agreed-upon fees for services rendered within 7 days, as outlined in the contract proposal or invoice.
·       You agree to treat Contractors with respect and professionalism.
 
3. Contractor Responsibilities:
·       Contractors are responsible for delivering services in a professional and timely manner, meeting the agreed-upon work requirements.
·       Contractors are independent and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other legal obligations.
·       Contractors agree to maintain confidentiality regarding client information and are bound by a Non-disclosure agreement.
 
4. The Inspiration Hub's Role:
·     We will use all reasonable efforts to match clients with suitable Contractors based on their needs and the Contractors' skills and availability.
·     We will facilitate communication between clients and Contractors.
·     We will process payments from clients to Contractors.
·     We are not responsible for the quality of work performed by Contractors, nor are we liable for any disputes that may arise between clients and Contractors.
 
5. Payment Terms:
·     Payment terms will be outlined in the contract proposal or invoice.
·     Invoices are typically issued weekly, unless otherwise agreed in variation of terms of your individual contract.
·     Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
·     We direct deposit or cash.
·     Late payments may incur a $50 per week late fee.
 
6. Intellectual Property:
·     Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by Contractors for clients shall belong to the client.
·     Contractors retain ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property used in the project.
 
7. Confidentiality:
·     Both clients and Contractors agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
 
8. Limitation of Liability:
·     The Inspiration Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.   
·     Our liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant services.   
 
9. Indemnification:
·     You agree to indemnify and hold The Inspiration Hub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
 
10. Termination:
·     Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
·     Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for any services rendered up to the termination date.
 
11. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Territory], Australia.
 
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
